Signalify is operated by the founder of Signalify, Ljubljana, Slovenia. By using it you agree to what is on this page. Questions go to support@signalify.io.

The beta

Signalify is in beta and free to use. Features can change, break or disappear, and the beta can end. If paid plans start, you will hear about it before anything changes for you, and nothing is ever charged without you agreeing to it first.

Provided as is

The service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It can be unavailable, a post can fail to go out, and generated text can be wrong or unsuitable. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost reach, lost revenue or any other damage that follows from using the service.

What you are responsible for

• Everything that is posted from your accounts, including text this service generated.
• Reading your content before you approve and schedule it.
• Following TikTok's terms and community guidelines.
• Labelling posts that promote your own product, which TikTok asks for and which is on by default for every account you connect.
• Having the right to use the screenshots and the app you promote.
• Keeping your email account safe, because it is how you sign in.

What you may not do

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, misleading or someone else's work.
• Promote an app you have no right to promote.
• Resell the service or run it on behalf of others without asking first.
• Try to get around the limits below, or attack the service.

Credits

Work that costs money to run costs credits: generating hooks and scheduling posts. Rendering, editing, tracking and results are free. Your plan includes a number of credits each month, and they reset at the start of each period rather than rolling over. Credits granted on top of a plan do not expire.

Credits have no cash value. They cannot be bought back, transferred or exchanged for money. While Signalify is in beta the allowance, the prices and what costs a credit may change, and your plan caps how many projects and connected accounts one account can hold. Ask in the app if you need more and we will see what we can do.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. The operator can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and will say why when it happens.

Law

These terms are governed by Slovenian law, and disputes belong to the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
